Log out and back in. We all forget the app can fail to work as needed and focus too much on other solutions. Now, log out of the Xfinity Streaming app and Log back in. To do this, navigate to the Settings on the Xfinity Stream app and select Change Household Account. Without the restart you may not get a clean reinstall.
